What are your data sources / data collection techniques?
We believe in staying diversified in our data collection so that you have a wide selection of data available to select from. We collect our data via many different types of data forms through more than five different web sites as well as "piggybacking" on products offered via telemarketing campaigns. This provides a rich combonation of data that in turn produces above average conversions in many different product spaces.

When will the data be delivered?
Generally you will receive your data one business day after placing an order. Your account executive will confirm the delivery date and time of your data as each order is placed.

What format will the data be in?
The format of the data delivered is primarily up to you. We will do everything possible to make sure the data is delivered in the format you require. We have a top-notch technical team that can normally setup custom formats for you at no extra charge.

What if the data needs to be filtered?
Our technical team can filter data on virtually any field that we capture. Multiple filters are also not an issue, and normally implemented at no extra cost.

What do you mean by fresh and exclusive leads?
By fresh leads we mean leads that were captured less than 24 hours prior to delivery, and in many cases less than 12 hours. So when you receive your data, you know it's the freshest available. By exclusive we mean that if you purchase exclusive leads, we do not sell them to ANYONE else for the first 30 days. After 30 - 60 days we do offer some or our leads at largely discounted rates to interested clients. Please contact your account executive if you are interested in ordering aged leads.
